1. About Delivery Service of Website Orders

Exclusive for online website self-ordering (not order at COVA physical shops) : For an order with total amount of HK$1200 or above  (only available for all products sold online), a free one-time single location delivery can be arranged. For all fresh products like cakes, delivery time will be based on your selected timeslot and no specific time can be arranged. The specified timeslots are only an estimate and not guaranteed. For non-fresh products like hampers and chocolate (excluding gift vouchers), delivery time will be from 9am to 6pm and no specific delivery time is available.

For online orders at COVA physical shops, if total order amount is HK$1000 or above, an one-time single location delivery can be arranged. A delivery fee will be applied subject to the locations. Delivery fee will be HK$150 for Hong Kong Island, HK$250 for Kowloon and HK$350 for New Territories.

Delivery time is based on your chosen specific indicative time slot and cannot be arranged at a specific time. The indicative delivery times are estimate only, and time shall not be of the essence without obligation on COVA. We will use order recipient’s contact number you provided for contacting purpose in future regarding the order placed. Delivery service is not applicable to the following locations: Macau SAR, squatter area, walled villages, small house, temporary housing area, piers, parks, sports arenas, outlying islands, construction sites; Sai Kung, Stanley, Repulse Bay, Deep Water Bay, Tai Tam Road, Shek O, The Peak, Lei Yue Mun,  Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, impermanent or incomplete addresses, remote areas in the New Territories, including (but not limited to) Fairview Park, Hong Lok Yuen, Palm Springs and Royal Palms. Delivery locations of gift vouchers or coupons is only available in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and selected Outlying Islands. Not available to the following locations: Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Pui O and any area which trucks are not allowed to enter. Overseas delivery is also not available.

 

Please ensure you, your intended order recipient or your representative is at the delivery location to receive the ordered products.  In case the order recipient (except gift vouchers or coupons) is not present or available to receive (or take delivery of) the order at the chosen delivery venues, no one are there to collect or receive delivery (except gift vouchers or coupons)  and that we have not received any other instructions from you or order recipient, our delivery team shall send the products to the COVA outlets nearby on the same day – for orders with delivery venues located within Kowloon and New Territories, the ordered products will be sent to COVA outlet at Festival Walk in Kowloon Tong; for delivery venues located within Hong Kong Island, the ordered products will be sent to COVA outlet at Lee Garden in Causeway Bay. You are required to pick up the ordered products in the relevant designated COVA outlet on the same day during its business hours by presenting your order number. For non-chilled products (except gift vouchers or coupons), you may request delivery again, yet an extra delivery fee will be charged. Or else, we shall discard your ordered products without further notice and without refund or remedy to you. In case the delivery addresses of gift vouchers or coupons are unknown or not in details, so that we fail to deliver. Or if you request us to place your gift vouchers or coupons at door front or acknowledge receipt by your management offices or receptions, so that the vouchers or coupons are lost. In either case, you agree that you will be fully responsible of the delivery failure and no refund will be made.

2.  How can I order online?

  1. Click & select your products (for cakes, you may select the size), add to shopping cart
  2. Click the "Shopping Cart" icon on the top right corner to enter the cart;  
  3. Enter customers' information, credit card details and pick up or delivery methods with date, location and time 
  4. After successful payment, the order is completed and you will receive a confirmation email

3.  Can I cancel my order or ask for refund? 

Once the order is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled, and no refund can be made.

4. Typhoon and Rainstorm warning signal arrangements:

Upon the hoisting of Typhoon Signal No.8 or below, Red and Black Rainstorm Signal,  our stores will be business as usual  and customers can pick up their products at stores as usual. Limited delivery service is available. When Typhoon Signal No.9 or above is hoisted, our stores will be temporarily closed and delivery service will be suspended. We will contact the affected customers for alternative arrangements.
