1. How can I order online?
- Click & select your products (for cakes, you may select the size), add to shopping cart
- Click the "Shopping Cart" icon on the top right corner to enter the cart;
- Enter customers' information, credit card details and pick up or delivery methods with date, location and time
- After successful payment, the order is completed and you will receive a confirmation email
2. Can I cancel my order or ask for refund?
Once the order is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be made.
3. How can I edit my orders online?
Click the ‘Order Enquiry’ icon on top right corner of the webpage, then enter the order number and the mobile number you provided when ordering and you can edit your order. You may edit your order up to one time before the cut-off time, which varies depending on the product. Orders of hampers and coupons/gift vouchers cannot be amended upon confirmation.
4. Do you offer next day pick up or delivery?
Yes, we do, for some of our designated cakes. Please make sure to complete the payment of your order on or before 3:30pm to guarantee next day fulfillment. Upon you selected your cake or product, the earliest pick up or delivery date will be displayed.
5. Do you accept overseas credit cards?
Sorry. We only accept credit cards issued by Hong Kong SAR for payments.
6. Typhoon and Rainstorm warning signal arrangements:
Upon the hoisting of Typhoon Signal No.8 or below, Red and Black Rainstorm Signal, our shops will remain open as usual while only limited delivery service is available. When Typhoon Signal No.9 or above is hoisted, our delivery service will be suspended and our shops will be closed temporarily. For delivery orders, customers may call our customer service hotline at 2832 9008 within 24 hours following the cancellation of Typhoon Signal No.9 or above to make enquiries and arrange changes to the delivery date. For store pickup orders, customers may contact the pick up stores within 24 hours after normal business operation resume to make enquiries and arrange changes to the pick up date. If customers do not make any changes to the pick up or delivery date within the aforementioned period, we reserve the rights to dispose of the ordered products without prior notice and no refund or compensation will be made.
7. About Delivery Service of Website Orders
For online orders with total amount of HK$1200 or above, a free one-time single location delivery can be arranged. For all fresh products like cakes, delivery time will be based on your selected timeslot and no specific time can be arranged. The specified timeslots are only an estimate and not guaranteed. For non-fresh products like hampers and chocolate giftboxes (excluding coupons or gift vouchers), delivery time will be from 9am to 6pm and no specific delivery time is available.
Please ensure that the recipient is available at the delivery location and time to receive the order. If, for any order (excluding vouchers), the recipient is absent or unable to receive the order at the designated delivery location, and we have not received any alternative instructions from the recipient or the customer, our delivery team will return the products to the COVA warehouse on the same day or the following day. We will contact the recipient by phone to notify them of the failed delivery. Customers may request a re-delivery service, which will be subject to additional charges based on the delivery area: Hong Kong Island – $150; Kowloon – $250; New Territories and Tung Chung – $350; Airport – $650. If we are unable to contact either the recipient or the customer who placed the order, we reserve the rights to dispose of the ordered products without prior notice and no refund or compensation will be made.
8. Non-delivery areas (except for coupons/ gift vouchers)
Delivery service (except coupons/gift vouchers) is only available in the HKSAR, excluding squatter area, walled villages, small house, temporary housing area, piers, parks, sports arenas, outlying islands (excluding Tung Chung and airport (non-restricted area) , construction sites, Lei Yue Mun, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, impermanent or incomplete addresses, remote areas. There is no delivery service to Macau, Mainland China and overseas.
9. Required delivery time and arrangement of coupons / gift vouchers
It takes 5-7 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays) upon successful orders. Only delivery service is available and only HKSAR is available. Free delivery upon $1,200 and will be arranged by third party shipping company.
