Pistachio Delight

Inspired by our signature tiramisu from Italy, the alchemy of pistachio and coffee, the new cake combines nutty pistachio cream, pistachio chiffon and mascarpone cheese cream. Dipped with Cova espresso from Milan, the bottom ladyfingers are all homemade.
